Getting the fit right costs you nothing

Buying shoes for a difficult foot online is a leap. We have tried to remove every reason not to take it.

The 60-day exchange

Sixty days from delivery to exchange for a different width, size or colourway, free both ways. Tell us what is wrong and we post the replacement straight away — you keep the first pair until the new one arrives, so you are never left without shoes.

This matters more than it sounds. People with difficult feet often have only one pair that works, and the standard send-it-back-first policy means going without. We would rather carry that risk than have you wearing something that hurts.

Two widths at once

If your feet are different sizes or you cannot decide between fittings, order both. Email us the order number when they arrive and we refund the pair you do not keep, including the return postage. There is no charge for a split pair and no limit on how many times you do it.

Returns

Full refund within 60 days on unworn shoes in their original box, and on worn shoes where the fit is wrong. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from delivery; our 60-day policy sits on top of that and does not replace it. Nothing here affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the shoes are faulty.

Faults

Send a photo and your order number. Manufacturing faults inside twelve months are replaced without argument. Normal wear to the outsole and insole is not a fault — with daily wear, expect to replace the shoes every six to twelve months as the cushioning and support flatten.

Getting hold of us

A real person answers, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you want to talk through a fitting problem before ordering, that is genuinely welcome — it is cheaper for everyone than a wrong pair going out.
